Who is Gaglione Strength for?
Gaglione Strength is for anyone who simply wants to take their training to the next level. We specialize in strength training for athletes & adults looking to improve performance, build lean muscle and drop body fat.

No matter what level you are at we can help you get to the next one!

We are not just a gym for elite lifters and high level athletes. We offer a wide variety of programs for men and women with varying ability levels.

Do I need previous training experience to join?
No previous training experience is required to join Gaglione Strength! Our members are of all ages and abilities, from beginner to elite level athletes. Programming and training are always adjusted to ability level and goals.

We make it a priority for everyone, no matter where they start, to feel comfortable and confident at every training session. We are all in this together!

 

What if I have an injury?
Adjustments are made to athlete programs to help heal, correct and prevent injuries. It is important to communicate with your coach about any previous or current injuries so they can modify your program for the best results.

 

Do you help with meet preparation?
We offer monthly Team programming for off-season and meet preparation, as well as in person handling (within driving distance when available) or meet strategy for both our local gym members and online coaching members.
What happens during the consultation?

We offer consultations to make sure we are a good fit for you and you are a good fit for us.

We will discuss your needs and goals, and if you are comfortable to participate, we will take you through a simple workout with basic movement patterns. 

Why do you hold group training sessions?
All of our sessions are done in a group setting. This keeps the cost of our membership down while increasing the energy of the gym. After your initial assessment you will be written a customized group program designed to fit your specific needs and goals. Even though you are training in a group you still get a personal feel and you will be taken care of as if you had a one on one personal trainer. Normal team training typically has an athlete to coach ratio of 6:1. Exercise variables are constantly modified to fit the needs of each individual.
I see you offer online coaching...How does that work?
We begin with a phone or Skype consultation and assessment. Not everyone will be accepted into our online powerlifting coaching program. It’s critical that both coach and athlete are compatible to get the most out of our online program.

Once you are accepted, I will create a program designed to fit your personal needs and goals. Our online coaching program is done through the Coach Now platform: an app that provides effortless communication between coaches and athletes. Learn more about our online coaching program HERE.

Where are you located?
We are located inside 32 Allen Boulevard right off Route 110. Look for U-Haul building and turn onto Allen Boulevard, then turn into Body shop parking lot and we are Units A and B. Parking is available on site in SPOTS LABELED “GS PARKING” ONLY and street parking is also an option on Baiting Place Road. 32 Allen is a multi unit building so please be courteous to our neighbors. When lot is full please park outside of 32 Allen.
