This hands on course is designed to teach you how to safely and effectively incorporating Yoga into your lifting routine!

Topics covered will be

Squat , bench, deadlift preparation for pre and post workout to enhance mobility and recovery 

Teach lifters how to “stretch” with intention so you aren’t wasting your time with random warm ups and mobility drills

Learning proper breathing techniques to help change your state in order to enhance recovery going into your next session 

Taught by Powerlifter and Yoga instructor Katie Thode E-RYT!
