Who is Gaglione Strength for?
Gaglione Strength is for anyone who simply wants to take their training to the next level. We specialize in strength training for athletes & adults looking to improve performance, build lean muscle and drop body fat.
No matter what level you are at we can help you get to the next one!
We are not just a gym for elite lifters and high level athletes. We offer a wide variety of programs for men and women with varying ability levels.
Why do we offer a trial workout?
Monthly we offer trials to make sure we are a good fit for you and you are a good fit for us. We will discuss your needs and goals, and if you are comfortable to participate, we will take you through a simple workout with basic movement patterns.
Why do we train in a group setting?
All of our sessions are done in a group setting. This keeps the cost of our membership down while increasing the energy of the gym. After your initial assessment you will be written a customized group program designed to fit your specific needs and goals. Even though you are training in a group you still get a personal feel and you will be taken care of as if you had a one on one personal trainer. Normal team training typically has an athlete to coach ratio of 6:1. Exercise variables are constantly modified to fit the needs of each individual.

GYM MEMBERSHIPS
*Adjustments are made to athlete programs to correspond to sport specific demands including speed and power development. Programming and training are always adjusted to ability level and goals.
Memberships are a 3 month minimum then month to month after that billed in weekly installments
*Personal Training is available upon request for an individual who needs or requests more one on one attention. Individual personal training sessions are $150 by appointment only.
*Nutritional Coaching added on for only $10 per month. Includes weeky check in and Inbody Body Composition Reading ($20 value) plus a one on one consult on a monthly basis ($75 value)
Local Training*
Team Training at Gaglione Strength- Access to G-team Team Summit and Seminar twice per year and special team only events.
- Monthly Team programming for off season, meet preparation and non competition health and fitness goals.
- Live technique critiques, adjustments, and exercise modifications based on goals and ability.
- Quarterly “Desk” dates and nutrition consult to discuss goals and review training cycle.
- Access to gym up to 16 times per month (4 times per week).
- Monthly Inobdy Body Fat Reading
- In person handling (within driving distance when available) or meet strategy for recreational and competitive lifters.
- Access to VIP Private FB Group with motivation and technique tips.
Online Coaching*
Coaching via the Coach Now Platform- LIVE ZOOM Form Review !
- Access to G-team Team Summit and Seminar twice per year and special team only events.
- Monthly programming for off season and meet preparation.
- Weekly technique critiques, check ins and feedback using the Coach Now platform.
- Quarterly “Desk” dates to discuss goals and review training cycle via Zoom or phone call.
- Access to gym up to 8 times per month (1-2 times per week).
- In person handling (within driving distance when available) or meet strategy.
- Access to VIP Private FB Group with motivation and technique tips.
Personal Training
4 Personal Training Sessions Per Month- Access to G-team Team Summit and Seminar twice per year and special team only events.
- Up to 4 one on one personalized training sessions per month.
- Recommended for people who need a lot of attention or have special considerations and limitations.
- Includes monthly nutrition coaching and consultation.
- Monthly Team programming for off season and meet preparation.
- Live technique critiques, adjustments, and exercise modifications based on goals and ability.
- Quarterly “Desk” dates to discuss goals and review training cycle.
- Weekly INbody Fat Reading and nutrition coaching
- Access to gym up to 16 times per month (4 times per week).
- In person handling (within driving distance when available) or meet strategy.
- Access to VIP Private FB Group with motivation and technique tips.
